About blueproof.ai

The evidence layer between fixture performance and a reported water result.

blueproof.ai is a ScopeLimited product. It keeps connected-fixture evidence, the separately modeled baseline, method, assumptions, exceptions, and calculation together so a customer or independent reviewer can test how a project result was produced.

What we are

A measurement-and-reporting product, not a registry or assurance provider.

Measurement, reporting, and the evidence an internal or independent reviewer needs: that is the scope. blueproof.ai prepares a claim-support record for a defined fixture project and reporting period.

The role stays narrow. The product does not certify the project, issue an assurance opinion, or guarantee acceptance under a reporting framework. It makes the source evidence, modeling, method, assumptions, exceptions, and calculation available to the party responsible for that decision.

What's true today

Where we are now.

Built

A methodology mapped to VWBA 2.0

A water-demand-reduction method mapped to WRI's voluntary VWBA 2.0 guidance, with explicit boundary, baseline, assumptions, and claim limits.

Integrated

A tested SC Argus Pro integration

An authenticated integration tested against Sloan's sandbox and API for locations, devices, SKUs, fixture activity, reported water use, health, and alerts.

Running

A working evidence engine

An engine that preserves source-reading hashes, baseline basis, method version, assumptions, availability decisions, signatures, and a rerunnable calculation.

Stage Built today: the method, sandbox-tested fixture-data integration, and platform. Pilot next: a customer deployment that tests permissions, baseline evidence, reporting fit, and independent review. Not claimed yet: a completed assurance engagement, issued credits, or a portfolio track record.
The operating principle

The result should carry the evidence that supports it.

If a value comes from the fixture platform, the record says so. If it is modeled, the record says so. If data are missing or excluded, that context remains visible. Recomputability matters because another party can follow those distinctions through the calculation.

Pilot fit

Building owner, capital partner, or fixture manufacturer — start with the data.

A useful pilot starts with real buildings, connected-fixture data, verifier requirements, and buyer diligence. The point is to test the record before anyone treats it as a market claim.
